I’m Vanessa Soria Lima, a London-based artist and multidisciplinary designer from the Bolivian Amazon. Growing up in a small town between Brazil and Bolivia, I experienced the challenges of heat and humidity firsthand — an experience that continues to shape my work.
During my MA in Interior and Spatial Design at Camberwell College of Arts,

During my MA in Interior and Spatial Design at Camberwell College of Arts, I began exploring clay and terracotta as architectural materials that could improve comfort and sustainability in buildings.
Through my ongoing project Mama’s Bricks, I create handmade architectural ceramics that merge craft and design — pieces that allow spaces to breathe, connect, and respond to their environment.
